Camp Waskowitz

Welcome

Summer Camp 2000 is now in its last full day. Yesterday was pretty much a recuperate day after VIP Day, with mostly quiet activities. We had the Woodland Park Zoo out with a couple small crawly creatures and the staff and UL's made an Italian meal for everyone. In the middle of all this we had time to enjoy the preliminary rounds of the BellyFlop/BigSplash contest. We will see how the finals go today. Check it out at the Camp 2000 picture page. Keep watch on the What's New area for updates and links to the most current information. Take look at the Daily News to see what else has been happening.

If you would like to find out more information on the Muscular Dystrophy Association's National activities then please follow the links to MDA Summer Camps and MDA National Home Page.

The Camp Co-Directors are Rosemary Owens from Tacoma and Denise Perez from Seattle. If you would like to drop either of them a line while they are at camp click on their names.

Just a side note: All of the sites background pictures this year were taken by me at Camp Waskowitz. I hope you are enjoying them as much as I am ;)
